How do I get my card / key fob copied?
We offer three locations, Sydney CBD (Weekdays), Maroubra Junction (Weekends) or a Call Out Service (Weekends). We will meet you in a cafe to copy your card / key fob, or come to your location. When we meet you, we will scan your card on our laptop and provide you with a copy on the spot. You may choose your service when you book online. Or you can mail in your fob if you are not in Sydney.
Do you have a shop?
We are a mobile service, however we regularly meet in the Sydney CBD or Maroubra, usually inside a cafe. Feel free to book online to meet us at one of these locations free of charge.
How long does the copying process take?
We decode your key fob data using our special software and hardware. We then transfer that data onto a blank key fob copy for you to use. The process usually takes less than 5 minutes, depending on the decryption required.
Our mail in service will take less than 2 business days.
Can all types of swipe passes and key fobs be copied?
We can copy approximately 90% of apartment key fobs in Sydney . We can test your access card or key fob and advise of whether it can be copied. If your key card says “Do not Copy” or “Restricted” then we will not be able to make a clone. Check all Compatible Key Formats.

We DO NOT copy remotes, car or mechanical keys.
What format will my copied access card be in?
By default we will give you a generic key fob that can be attached to your keyring.
We may have card formats and original looking types available on request.
What if i’m not in Sydney?
We have an express mail in service. Post your key on Monday, get it back by Wednesday. (Within Australia, using Express Post both ways).
